I'm excited to guide you through the next steps of moving forward with a contract here at Calusa Country Club - Lakewood Ranch's newest and most exciting community. Below, you'll find helpful info and a walk thru of the process to make your purchase smooth and enjoyable. NEXT STEPS
1. Provide Photo ID
Provide Government issued photo ID of every person named on the contract.
2. Contact + Realtor (if applicable)
Provide your email, phone number, and address. Also if this is going to be your primary home or secondary home. If you have a realtor, this is the time to make sure their information is correct as well. Once I have all of this I can put the contract together and send it out via DocuSign.
3. Pre-Approval
If you plan to finance, please submit an application to ensure you are prequalified to move forward with a purchase here at Calusa Country Club. You can submit an application by clicking the button below.
4. 10% Deposit
This is to be received at the time of signing via a secure ACH link that is sent to your above provided email. There are certain instances where we may take deposit less than 10%. This must be approved by LENNAR management at the time of agreement.
